Thorstedlund is an art-school located in the town of Frederikssund [1].
2009 it was revealed that the campus is in the process of being rented by an investor group, who wants to created a continuation school on the campus [2].

The news of a possible continuation school on the campus has resulted in large protests from the local community based on the poor reputation of continuation schools in general [3].
A group of local will try to find fonds so it will remain an artschool [4]. This attempt is support by local politicians [5]
