It was A CEDU cult spin-off Started by John & Marci Padgett. Former CEDU staff members. They left straight from cedu and took some of it's staff & students with them. They used dis-associative therapy on students. There were no therapists at Amity or CEDU nor teachers. It was founded in 1985 and it closed down about 1994 [1]. According to a press release they had problems with the generally stricter regulation in Europe [2], which required them to actually provide education and therapy. Something they obviously were not willing to do.
