Hunter School is a small day- and boarding school located Rumney, New Hampshire [2]

According to the leading marketing firm in the industry, among the founders of the school was Dr. Alfred Allen, who also was involved in the now closed Ashby Academy [3]. Another founder is Thom Hartmann, which has written several books about ADHD beside being a radio talk show [4].

The targetgroup is children aged between 5 and 15 [1]

The length of a stay is between 9 and 12 months


Living conditions

The children are housed in 4 family-style dorms. Three of them are on the campus and they are called Mountain House, Meadow House and Lake House. A fourth dorm, Little House, is located several miles off campus in the center of Rumney Village
