Milwaukee Leadership Training Center - also sometimes mentioned as Milwaukee Leadership Training Academy is a Charter school located on North 52nd Street and West-North Avenue in Milwaukee [1].

The Milwaukee Leadership Training Center serves students who challenge traditional school settings – those who have served detention, are habitually truant and who have failed to thrive in traditional schools. MLTC combines academic learning and leadership development with job and technical skills, while emphasizing military principles such as discipline, pride and persistence. Computer technology and vocational skills are part of the program.

A staff member was according to the management not invited back for a new year. Later he was facing a trial of abuse, while still working children at a Charter school called Right Step. However the staff member was later aquitted because his victims dissapeared [4].

A boy ran away from the facility but hide in a Trash Truck and was compacted. He survived the ordeal.[5]
